Obiettivo di questo documentario, presentato nella sezione Cultura e Società della Rassegna Internazionale del Cinema Archeologico, è quello di promuovere la conservazione del sito del Castello di Novobërdo, preservandolo dal vandalismo e dal saccheggio.

The objective of this documentary film is to promote the preservation and protection of the Novobërdo Castle from vandalism and destruction.The film treats the wrong perceptions and the legends that have been lingering around regarding the hidden “pot of gold” under the castle.The “Pot of Gold” mystery has reached the Novobërdo. Illegal digging driven from the legend not that has damaged the castle from one corner to the other, but have also hurt the old pagan culture and the pride of the town. Novobërdo is one of the poorest municipalities in Kosova. It is characterized with weak infrastructure, minimal job opportunities and low living standards. Regardless, the relations between Albanians and Serbs are stable and both communities aim to live in peace.The only wealth that Novobërdo has is its cultural inheritance, a heritage that is now protected under the Ahtisaari package
